Our float plane fleet consists of three De Havilland Beavers.

We operate our own air service between 12 remote outpost cabins to ensure timely flights. Our air base is located just east of Atikokan on beautiful Eva Lake, 105 miles northeast of Fort Frances / International Falls or (approximately) 105 miles west of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Our first concern is for your safety. We contract out our aircraft maintenance with an approved maintenance facility with a regularly scheduled program, keeping the aircraft in excellent condition.

Renowned for their reliability and versatility, our De Havilland Beaver float planes can be chartered for sight seeing, remote canoeing, or mining exploration. You are always in the capable hands of our well-seasoned bush pilots!

We dispatch flights on time as much as possible, however delays may be necessary due to inclement weather conditions or events beyond our control. Your safety is our primary concern. For most effective scheduling, our fleet of planes are booked “back-to-back”. Please arrive at the base one hour prior to your departure time in order to process fishing licenses and for trip planning, etc.

To maintain our current pricing schedule we must insist on a maximum of 100 lbs of gear and supplies per person, including food and beverages. We will have to charge for an overload if an extra flight is required. Rates are dependent on distance.
